DESCRIPTION:The East Orlando Gym (EOG) has teamed up with Pepe’s Cantina and Yumfinity to provide a convenient and healthy lunchtime workout and meal option. Join the “Lunch Crunch” every Wednesday and Friday\, where you can get a quick workout\, followed by a nutritious meal ready for you post-exercise. \n\nDays: Every Wednesday & Friday\nTime:\n\n12:00 PM – Order your lunch with EOG front desk staff.\n12:00-12:30 PM – Attend a 30-minute “Lunch Crunch” Total Body class led by Denis.\n12:30 PM – Pick up your meal at the front desk and head back to work.\n\n\n\nMeal Options: \n\nPepe’s Cantina Express: White Rice Bowl\, Brown Rice Bowl\, or Salad Base\, all served with chicken and various toppings (excluding guacamole). Small bowls are priced at $8 each.\nYumfinity: Choose from Garlic Pepper\, Mixed Vegetables\, Pad Thai\, or Pra Ram dishes with chicken or beef served over rice\, priced at $12 for chicken and $13 for beef.\n\nObjective:\nTo offer a quick\, efficient\, and healthy way for busy professionals to stay active and nourished during their lunch break.
